Due to the easy transmission of disease our toys are not returnable.
We all know that parrots/animals can contract an illness without even coming in contact with another parrot/animal. By way of contaminated toys, food and airborne elements. To keep your house safe and ours we can not accept returns.
However, if your item is damaged in shipping just send it back and I will mail you a new one!
